Peter, raised and educated in Australia, is the Founder and Managing Director of Majestic Corporation Plc, a leader in sustainable circular economy solutions. He founded Majestic in 2018, and by early 2022, successfully listed the company on the AQSE Growth Market of the Aquis Stock Exchange. With over 30 years of experience in IT asset management and metals recovery, Peter has expanded Majestic’s operations across the US, UK, and Southeast Asia. As an investor and mentor, he supports ventures focused on sustainability, resource recovery, and innovative technologies.

Joe holds an MA in Computer Science from Glasgow University and is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience. He specialises in advising UK and international businesses on structuring their financial and tax affairs, offering comprehensive accountancy and tax services. As CFO of Majestic Corporation, Joe oversees all financial functions and liaises with external auditors, ensuring accurate financial management and compliance.

Andrew is a seasoned Director and Executive Officer, with extensive experience across London, European, and Canadian public and private markets covering mergers, acquisitions, financings, restructuring, governance, and operations. He was the founder and former CEO of a TSX Venture Exchange Top 50 Company, successfully guiding it through key phases, including financing, project acquisitions, and the transition of mining assets, culminating in a successful sale to Private Equity. Currently, Andrew serves as interim CEO and director of Cloudbreak Discovery plc, as well as director of G2 Energy Corp. and Global UAV Technologies Ltd. He is also a member of the British Columbia Securities Commission Corporate Finance Stakeholder Forum.

Christopher is an experienced corporate executive. In 1990, he joined the leisure group Holmes Place Health Club Limited where he held various senior positions, and was involved in a number of acquisitions, a private placing and the subsequent flotation of the company on the London Stock Exchange. After establishing and then selling his own healthcare business, he became managing director and major shareholder in a business devoted to project management and consultancy for clients from the Far East and China. In 2009, Christopher joined Winkworth Franchising Limited as Finance Director and was instrumental in the listing of the company on AIM.

Larry is responsible for managing the implementation and management of environmental audits and compliance and will oversees this role for Majestic. Prior to this, Larry was the President and CEO of LCH Construction Management, which renovated hundreds of fast-food restaurants throughout the United States.

Michael is a solicitor with nearly 40 years of experience, particularly in the banking industry, where he has worked on public company transactions with Deutsche Bank, Barclays, and Brown Shipley. He has specialised in corporate taxation with top City firms Ashurst and Fladgate. Michael co-founded a London-based printing firm, later transitioning to senior roles in Washington D.C. after its acquisition. He has also been involved in film production and served as Chair of Governors at a Buckinghamshire secondary school, overseeing its transition to Academy status.
